I found a bug!
The Early Access will probably have some bugs. Please report any bugs to: [email protected]
My DAW is not showing MACE on my list of plugins!
Make sure your correct VST3/AU scanning path’s are set in your DAW settings.
I have followed all the directions and Ableton is still not detecting MACE:
Try cleaning your Ableton cache after installing with our latest installers. This may reset the flag for MACE to be valid:
Close Live.
Press Windows key plus R.
Enter “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live x.x.x\” (without the quotes), and click on OK. For example, if you are running Live 11.20 the complete path should be: “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live 10.2.0\” (without the quotes).
Manually delete the Preferences.cfg file.
Manually delete the Undo folder.
Manually delete the Template.als file (if present).
Re-open Live
Will there be new model packs?
Yes! Expect more model packs to drop soon
Having issues with presets
There was a major bug with presets that we have fixed. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
When will the next update be?
We are actively developing to keep up with the pace of interest and features request. Within the plugin there will be an “Update Available!” button in the footer when a new version has been pushed. You can also check back at the updates section of our page for newer versions.
